Sell booking software under your own brand.
Give every client a complete appointment scheduling system with your branding, your domain and your pricing, without building scheduling software yourself.
Keep booking inside your own client offering.
You already build the website, run the marketing, set up the CRM or manage the automation. When the client needs online booking, make scheduling part of your own offer instead of handing the relationship to another SaaS vendor.
Sell your own software
Put appointment booking under the same brand your clients already know.
Add recurring revenue
Add scheduling to an existing website, CRM, automation or managed-service package.
Keep the client relationship
There is one less outside vendor for the client to deal with.
Skip the engineering
Lunacal handles the scheduling infrastructure in the background.
Make the booking product feel like yours.
Use your own brand across the booking experience, so clients aren't constantly reminded that another scheduling vendor sits underneath.

Therapy that fits your schedule.
Choose a service, learn about the provider and book an available time.
The booking page can do more than show available times.
For many businesses, the booking page is where a lead finally decides to act. Lunacal lets clients put service details, proof and useful context next to the calendar instead of dropping visitors onto a bare list of time slots.
That also makes life easier for agencies. The scheduler can feel like part of the site you designed, rather than a third-party widget bolted on at the end.
Manage different client businesses without mixing them together.
Agencies rarely stop at one client. Lunacal lets you repeat the setup while keeping each business's services, staff, calendars, locations and booking rules separate.
Use the same platform across very different client businesses.
A salon, consultant and sales team may book very differently. Your agency shouldn't need a different scheduling tool for each one.
Sell scheduling in the way that already fits your agency.
You can sell white-label appointment scheduling on its own, or fold it into a service your clients already pay for.
Standalone software
Offer online booking as a separate monthly software subscription.
Website + booking
Include booking alongside hosting, maintenance and website management.
CRM + automation
Pair booking with lead capture, CRM updates, reminders and follow-up automation.
Vertical package
Build a focused package for a niche you already serve, such as coaches, salons, clinics or consultants.
The economics need to work for the agency too.
White-label programs can get expensive once platform fees, per-client charges, setup costs or enterprise plans are added. Lunacal is meant to keep the underlying software cost low enough for an agency to mark it up, bundle it or include it in a retainer.
The aim is a much lower starting cost than many dedicated white-label or reseller programs.
Set the client price around your package and the value you provide, rather than another vendor's retail plan.
Lunacal does not take a percentage of the payments your clients collect through bookings.
Start with a handful of clients, then expand once you know the offer works for your agency.
How Lunacal compares with other white-label booking tools.
The products below all approach white-label scheduling differently. For an agency, the practical differences are branding control, the kinds of bookings the software can handle, and what the pricing model does to your resale margin.
| Product | White-label / reseller model | Scheduling depth | Pricing structure | Best fit |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Lunacal | Agency-focused white label with branded domains, booking pages and client-facing experience | Meetings, teams, services, locations, classes, recurring bookings, packages and payments | Designed as a low-cost base for agency resale | Agencies that want broad scheduling coverage while keeping strong resale margins |
| Trafft | Dedicated agency product with centralized client management; its docs note some integrations are not yet fully white-labeled | Strong service-business scheduling, employees, locations, recurring appointments and packages | Per-client agency pricing with volume discounts | Agencies focused heavily on service-business booking |
| Bookafy | White-label appointment product with reseller support | Appointments, teams and routing; its own white-label page notes limits around some class/resource use cases | Pro+ per-user pricing plus white-label setup / SSL costs; reseller discounts quoted separately | Agencies needing traditional appointment scheduling |
| SimplyBook.me | Brand removal on premium plans; broader white-label capabilities on Enterprise | Broad service-business booking and many optional modules | Premium subscription for page-footer white label; Enterprise is custom priced | Established service businesses needing a large feature catalogue |
| Cal.com | Brand removal on paid team plans; organization / enterprise options for deeper control | Strong meeting, routing and team scheduling | Per-user Teams / Organizations pricing; Enterprise custom | Developer-led products and meeting-heavy teams |
| Schedly | Dedicated white-label reseller program with wholesale pricing | Meetings plus service-business scheduling and locations | $199/month reseller platform fee plus wholesale charges per active location | Agencies comfortable with a formal wholesale/reseller model |
Competitor positioning and public pricing were checked in September 2026. Plans and limits may change.
What to check before choosing white-label booking software.
Don't stop at the logo. If you plan to resell the product, check what the client actually sees and how well the setup works once you have more than a few accounts.
Look at the booking page, dashboard, login, favicon, emails and any “powered by” labels, not just the logo setting.
A custom booking URL makes the product feel much more like part of your agency or the client's own setup.
Check the emails too. Confirmations, reminders and follow-ups should preserve the client-facing brand.
Each client should have its own setup. One shared scheduling account becomes messy very quickly.
Think past simple meetings. Services, staff, locations, group bookings, recurring appointments, payments and packages often show up sooner than expected.
APIs and webhooks become important when a client asks for CRM workflows, custom frontends or deeper automation.
Make sure the pricing model gives you room to package the software your own way and keep a sensible margin.
Client configurations and day-to-day booking data should stay separate from one business to the next.
The tool should still work when the next client has 20 staff and five locations, not only when you're setting up a solo consultant.

Questions agencies ask about white-label booking software.
White-label booking software lets an agency, reseller or technology provider offer appointment scheduling under its own brand. The software company runs the scheduling infrastructure; you decide how the product is presented to your clients.
Already providing the website or CRM? Add the booking software too.
Offer a complete scheduling product under your own brand. Lunacal handles the scheduling engine behind it.
