Cancellation Policy

At Lunacal, we aim to keep things simple and transparent. This page explains how cancellations work across all plans.

Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. There’s no need to email or call. Once canceled, your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. You won’t be billed again unless you reactivate.

Refunds and Refunds Timeline

All payments to Lunacal are non-refundable by default. This includes charges for monthly or annual subscriptions, unused time, downgrades, or missed cancellations.

However, if you've been charged due to a technical error or billing mistake, you may qualify for a refund. To request one, contact us at hi@lunacal.live within 5 business days of the charge.

If approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Once processed, it might take 5–10 business days for the funds to return to your original payment method.

We don’t offer refunds for change of mind or lack of use. Please review your subscription settings before the next billing cycle.

Trial Cancellations

If you're on a free trial, you can cancel before it ends to avoid any charges. Once the trial expires, your selected plan will begin automatically unless canceled.

Lifetime Deal Users

Lifetime licenses can’t be canceled or paused. Your access remains active as long as your account stays in good standing. If your account is suspended due to abuse or policy violation, the license will also be affected.

Failed Payments

If your payment fails, we’ll retry a few times. After 10 days of non-payment, your account may be suspended or canceled. We’ll send reminders before that happens.
