I’m Sergi, and I lead ZWORKS in Ripollet (Vallès), Barcelona—our workshop dedicated to 3D printing, laser cutting, and laser engraving. Since we started in 2020, I’ve focused on one thing: helping people turn ideas into real, high-quality objects, whether that’s a technical part, a detailed prototype, or a personalized piece that needs to look premium from every angle.
Day to day, I work hands-on with technologies and materials like PLA, ABS, and resin for 3D printing, and I deliver precision laser work on materials such as wood, acrylic, and metal. What clients value most is that I don’t just “run the machine”—I collaborate with you to review and optimize files, choose the right process, and anticipate issues before they become costly mistakes. That approach is especially important for rapid prototyping, where speed matters, but accuracy and fit matter even more.
