Wellbeing Daily is a strategic wellbeing consultancy and digital platform helping organisations operating in high-risk, safety-critical environments improve safety, performance, and reliability by addressing the human factors that drive error and fatigue.
We work with organisations globally across industries such as maritime, mining, oil & gas, manufacturing, aviation, and other complex operational settings where human performance directly impacts safety and outcomes.
At Wellbeing Daily, we believe wellbeing is not a standalone HR initiative or employee perk. It is a core system condition that shapes how people think, decide, and act under pressure. When wellbeing is poorly designed, fatigue, cognitive overload, and disengagement increase the likelihood of human error. When it is intentionally embedded, performance becomes safer, more consistent, and more sustainable.
Our work sits at the intersection of wellbeing science, human factors, and operational performance. We partner with leadership teams to embed wellbeing into strategy, safety systems, and everyday work practices, translating insight into practical, scalable action.
Wellbeing Daily delivers impact through:- Strategic wellbeing consulting aligned to safety and performance outcomes
- Evidence-based programs and workshops, including our flagship BALANCED program
- Industry-specific solutions tailored to operational realities
- Digital platforms and learning infrastructure that enable scale and sustainability
We consider ourselves enablers of our clients’ wellbeing initiatives. Our role is to build internal capability, support leaders, and design conditions where people can perform safely and effectively, not to create dependence on external providers.
