I had a VIP Suite, and I can’t tell you how amazing that was with my host Jarrett!! He was the best in the world. Everything flowed so well because of him! 5 Stars; 3 Words - Will. Return. Again. Twisted Pin hosted our company holiday party for Michelin over the weekend. Not only was the Event Coordinator, Shanna, super helpful during the time leading up to the event - but all the staff at Twisted Pin was incredible. The establishment is super comfortable for large group parties with great organization. The self-serve tap wall was such a hit! Cannot rave enough about how much the team enjoyed their time here. Their attention to detail was such a refreshing surprise walking in to the building with a giant welcome sign with our company logo. Overall - Great food, superb service, an all around great experience!! Thank you, Twisted Pin Team!! See you next year! 😁

We'd been here before to bowl and decided to have our son's birthday party here. Nick was great with the kids and made sure the party went perfectly. The kids enjoyed the bowling and arcade, and the pizza and cake were perfect. Everyone had a really great time! Highly recommend having a party here!

This place is amazing for birthday parties. They have literally thought of everything. My husband and I actually got to enjoy the company of our guests because our host was amazing and took care of all the little details for us.

We had our sons 6th birthday party at Twisted Pin this past weekend. We had a great time! John, Janel (spelling) were fantastic! So was the rest of the staff. The food was great, too! We did the stars and strikes package with pizza, chicken tenders, fries, salad and fried donuts. Adults and Kids had a fantastic time. The set up in the VIP area, plus putting the picture on the screen made it all very personalized. Then after bowling, drinks, and food we headed to the arcade for another hour of fun and memories! Highly recommended for a party of any ages! Or an evening of fun!

I chose Twisted Pin to host our after the holidays Christmas Party. I had never been to the facility before. I initially reached out through their website and received excellent customer service from Shanna Dow (Event Coordinator). Not knowing anything about Twisted Pin, Shanna explained everything they had to offer and helped me plan the evening. We were all excited to get out of work on January 10th and celebrate Christmas and our company success in 2024. As we all entered the building we were welcomed by our company branding on several screens on multiple lanes. Nice touch! We were greeted by Jarrett and Joe who were very accommodating and continued the excellent customer service Shanna started previously. Jarrett and Joe checked in with me multiple times during the evening to ensure we were satisfied with everything. We reserved the VIP section and selected the burrito bowl with corn tortillas for our meal. We have some picky eaters and they were more than impressed with the food.

Great place for your company party! Employees talked about our party for days! Great food. Kind, professional employees. Clean, friendly atmosphere. Five stars!
