Please Read Before Booking Your Complimentary Consultation:
I am so excited to begin working with you on your customized vacation! During this complimentary consultation, we will go into detail about what YOU truly want out of your incredible travel experience. I will ask you questions to learn more about you, the type of trip you want to have, what you are celebrating, what time of year you hope to travel, where you wish to go, and how to make this trip memorable, special, and just right for YOU!

We will also discuss the role I will play as your Travel Advisor, my nonrefundable concierge care, research, and planning fee - and everything that is included in my high touch travel design service. Once we complete your call, I will send a follow up email detailing what we discussed. Then you'll have the option to hire me. This complimentary call includes no obligation for us to work together - you get to choose and I know you have other options available. If you choose to move forward, I will send you my client agreement form and then an invoice for the fee and get started within 24-48 hours of being hired.

Before committing to an appointment time, please consider if you are ready to place a deposit on a reservation within 3-5 business days of receiving a proposal or if you're more just looking for information - please add your status in the information section.

This is the type of event to book if you have questions about Dining Reservations, Shore Excursions, Pre or Post Cruise hotel stays, Lightning Lanes, Park Strategies, Event Tickets, Trip Insurance, or any other options we need to discuss over the phone or Zoom to make sure that your trip meets all of your expectations and is as magical as possible!
*Do not use this event type for a New Trip Consultation - if you do, your session will be canceled and I'll ask you to reschedule. I specifically plan new client consultations for times that will allow me to best serve you and send information back in a timely manner!

We booked relatively last-minute — a little less than three months from our trip — and Kim helped us grab a room at the resort we wanted at a price cheaper than booking online through the Disney website. Once we were booked, she provided so many great resources for planning, and was always a quick text or call away with any additional questions and answers. We are so thankful we had Kim to help us plan our perfect Anniversary Trip to Disney World! This was our first kid-free time in the parks and she made sure we enjoyed all the adult things, like drinking around the world at Epcot (complete with a guide) to being big kids and enjoying all the rides. She created an itinerary with our schedule and all the things not to miss! It was a blessing using her because a hurricane ended up hitting Orlando during our trip. She tracked the storm, made suggestions for edits to our original plans, and ensured we were protected but could still enjoy our trip! I appreciate all of Kim’s help and the stress it took off me planning it all alone! I can’t wait for our next Disney vacation and have already booked it with Kim!

Kim made planning our Disney trip so easy! She booked everything for us, including some hard-to-get dinner reservations! Instead of me stressing out and getting online at the exact time reservations opened, she booked the reservations for us and we got all of the ones we wanted! She sent us a ton of information to help us decide what we wanted to do. She arranged our travel between the airport and hotel. We went for our son's birthday and she even had a gift from his favorite character, Mickey Mouse, waiting for him in the room when we got back from the park that night. He absolutely loved it! She checked in with us while we were there to make sure we didn't have any problems or questions. I would definitely recommend Kim when planning your Disney trip!
