This booking is for one 90-minute acupuncture treatment in your home.

I offer mobile fertility acupuncture across Hertfordshire and Central Bedfordshire, bringing specialist care directly to your home.

3. A written Fertility Action Plan based on the five principles I use in my practice:

   2. Trauma/blockages

5. One supportive check-in message after a week

Before your appointment

• Complete the health form and terms and conditions of booking.
• We will talk about the sperm in your initial consultation (here are some of the points I am interested in, if you want to get any answers beforehand).
• Please share any test results, e.g. blood tests, sperm analysis, ultrasound scans, already received before your appointment, so that I can review them

• £243 for 3 treatments (1x 90 minutes and 2x 60 minutes) which saves £26 vs individual prices.
• If you block book 6 treatments (1x 90 minutes and 5x 60 minutes), this saves you £100 (vs individual prices), and this costs £400.

This booking is for three 60-minute acupuncture treatments to run alongside your embryo transfer and two-week wait. Please book your first session for post-transfer (same day).

If you cannot see a time/date that fits with your IVF schedule, please call (07876224566) or email ([email protected]) and I will always try my best to fit you in. I try to be really flexible (where possible) when it comes to transfer timing, as I know so much is unknown until periods/scans confirm everything.

Below is an approximate schedule for acupuncture alongside the embryo transfer and implantation phase. 

Embryo transfer: 1 x 60-minute  acupuncture treatment within 24 hours of the transfer.  

Implantation support: 2 x 60-minute acupuncture treatments.  First treatment is 4 days post egg transfer, and the second acupuncture session will be halfway between that session and the proposed pregnancy test date

The Fertility Action Plan is a 45-minute online consultation (acupuncture not included) that will guide you through the process of trying to conceive, for both female and male participants. 

This is for people trying to conceive in England only, due to the nature of NHS pathways, England-specific IVF clinics and also testing

What's included:

1. A 45-minute consultation online that will discuss both parties' health
2. Analysis of blood and physical test results
3. Menstrual cycle/semen analysis
4. Vaginal/seminal microbiome analysis
5. Priority actions for the next month
6. Steps that fit your real life
7. A written Fertility Action Plan based on the five principles I use in my practice:

Before your call, you will be required to send across any information you already have, including:

• Any test results already received, including blood/semen/STI/scans/microbiome tests
• Any data you have on cycle tracking, e.g. BBT, LH strips, Oura ring charts
• Any medications/supplements already taken

This session is exclusively for existing patients.

Each appointment is a 60-minute acupuncture treatment, and you can book for either Lidder Therapies Unit 7E, Old Hall Farmyard, Priory Lane, Little Wymondley, Hitchin SG4 7BL or your home address. Please specify in the booking form.
