  • At TeamLife, we believe work should strengthen people, not harm them.

We’re an Australian social enterprise focused on improving the human experience of work—every day. Our vision is simple but ambitious: a world where people feel healthy, safe, and fulfilled at work, where organisations understand their impact in real time, and where doing the right thing for people is just how work gets done.

We’ve been building and refining our approach since 2018. Our platform has been live since 2020, and TeamLife Pty Ltd was established in late 2025. We’re proudly based in Melbourne, Australia.

  • Stuart Hayes is the founder of TeamLife, an Australian social enterprise focused on improving psychosocial risk management and the human experience of work. Alongside leading Teamlife, he is completing a PhD at Monash University, where his research explores real-time measurement of stress, resilience and performance in complex work environments. Stuart's work is driven by a simple goal: to help organisations move beyond awareness and take consistent, evidence-based action to create healthier, higher-performing teams.
