  • Nicole is a process driven innovator, with a passion for motivating teams to find creative solutions to their most interesting, complex business challenges. She grew her career in the Tech industry, working in a variety of business functions including: Supply Chain & Transportation, Global Enablement, People & Culture, and Security Governance Risk & Compliance. Today, she works in Business Strategy, Operations & Planning as Strategic Consultant. Leveraging her expertise in Business Operations, Program Management and Organizational Change Management, Nicole coaches, mentors and partners with her clients to co-create tailored strategies that drive growth, create operational efficiencies, and motivate high-performing teams. Nicole lives in Charlotte with her husband and their Havanese, Enzo. She spends her free time traveling, practicing yoga and volunteering.

  • Patricia Hart is the cofounder of COMPANYMEN, a boutique consultancy specializing in market research and growth strategy for climate tech companies. Her work focuses on emerging technologies in carbon reporting and management, smart buildings and infrastructure, and renewable energy systems. Prior to founding her firm, she was a senior strategist at frog Design (Capgemini), one of the leading design and innovation consultancies in the U.S., where she partnered with Fortune 500 clients including Toyota Motors, GE Vernova, and AT&T Business. Before transitioning to the private sector, she advised public agencies on broadband expansion and digital equity as a strategy consultant at Deloitte.

    Across both public and private domains, Patricia has built a career around surfacing insights that catalyze sustainable innovation. She is a strong advocate for qualitative methods, believing that the most valuable knowledge for climate-aligned business and policy decisions is not always captured in datasets or dashboards, but lives in the perspectives of stakeholders, practitioners, and end users. To that end, she has conducted over 300 interviews and facilitated dozens of focus groups to inform product development, ecosystem strategy, and market positioning for energy and infrastructure innovators.


    Patricia holds a dual MBA and MPA from the University of Texas at Austin and a BA in Political Science from Eastern Kentucky University. With more than a decade of experience across sectors, she brings a systems-thinking mindset to every engagement, helping organizations bridge policy, technology, and customer understanding in service of the green and blue economy.
