**Your VA Candidate Interviews — SecureEVAs** Thank you for your trust — and welcome to the exciting part of the journey! This confirms your scheduled interview session with your shortlisted Executive Virtual Assistant candidates. Each candidate you'll meet has been carefully sourced from our VA pool to match the needs we discussed during your Discovery Call — then screened through structured evaluations, specialized development tracks, and hands-on system training. While many of our clients are insurance agencies, our EVAs support businesses across a wide range of industries — from professional services and real estate to healthcare, finance, and beyond — so your candidates are prepared for the pace and demands of your operation. In this session, you will: 

* Meet each shortlisted candidate directly, one at a time
 
* Ask any questions you'd like — about their experience, communication style, or how they like to work
 
* Gauge personality and culture fit for your team (the skills are already handled — we train, coach, and develop every EVA even after onboarding)
 

A few helpful notes: 

We suggest allocating around 5–7 minutes per candidate to help gauge the best fit. Some candidates may be a little nervous — a warm, casual conversation brings out their best.
