  • This all level class is a playful exploration of yoga and movements. We stay curious, but also light hearted as we work on:

    • increasing capacity and variety to move
    • gaining and maintaining strength, mobility, and balance
    • finding ways to make poses and movements more accessible

    What to expect:

    • a well-thought-out sequence of breath and body awareness, stretching, mobility exercises, Yoga Asanas, and rest and relaxation
    • biomechanics tidbits to enhance understanding of how your body moves
    • having fun exploring and practicing with “non-standard” Yoga props: resistance bands, weights, sliders, foam roller, therapy balls!
  • As the name implies, the only prop used in this class is a Yoga mat. The minimalistic approach of props is intentional and meant to encourage practitioners to move mindfully and to explore their muscular strength, joint stability, and range of motion

    What to expect:

    • low impact exercises and Yoga Asanas targeting the whole body
    • a session that includes: warm up, core work, flow & strength, stretching, and cool down
