STRatabolic is a Short-Term Rental strategy consulting company founded by STR owner/operator Jonathan Pedroza who started hosting one listing in 2018 and scaled his real estate portfolio to 21 units with 14 short-term rentals in two different states in seven years. Jonathan is a US Army Veteran, former Junior Military Officer and has extensive work experience working for various Fortune 500 companies including The Hershey Company, Reckitt Benckiser (RB) and Amazon where he learned the fundamentals of e-Commerce. We offer multiple services for STR owners from designing, building and implementing your dream software tech stack to conducting due diligence on potential STR investment properties.
