What These Sessions Are

These are focused, one-on-one working sessions for Wix users who have hit a roadblock and need experienced guidance figuring out the best way forward.

With nearly 20 years of experience working across three generations of Wix editors, I use these sessions to help you work through the problem, understand what Wix can realistically do, and identify the strongest solution for your specific setup.

Depending on what you're working through, we may:

  • Troubleshoot an existing Wix feature, workflow or setup.

  • Determine whether you've fully maximized Wix's native tools before adding more complexity.

  • Identify opportunities to improve or restructure how you're currently using Wix.

  • Explore Wix apps or third-party tools and integrations where native functionality isn't enough.

  • Discuss automation platforms such as Zapier or other external systems where appropriate.

  • Determine whether custom development is the better solution.

  • Work through a specific design or editor roadblock.

  • Help you understand why something isn't working the way you expected and what your realistic options are.

These sessions are collaborative problem-solving sessions — not a guaranteed one-hour implementation service. Some problems can be resolved during the call. Others require investigation, third-party software, custom development, restructuring, or additional implementation after the session.

In some cases, the most valuable outcome of the session may be determining that you've reached the limits of Wix's native functionality and identifying the right next step.

Wix Studio

These sessions are not intended to teach DIY users how to use Wix Studio from the ground up.

Wix Studio is a professional design environment with a significant learning curve. If you're already comfortable working in Studio and have hit a specific roadblock, I'm happy to help you troubleshoot it. If you're looking for comprehensive Studio training, this session is not the right fit.

What This Session Is Not

This is not a general Wix course, a development project, or a guarantee that every technical issue can be completed or solved within the session.

I will always make every reasonable effort to troubleshoot the problem and find the strongest path forward, but sometimes the answer is that Wix has reached its limits. You may have already maximized the available native tools, a third-party solution may be needed, custom development may make more sense, or you may need to move to a different Wix editor to achieve a specific design or functionality goal. There are a lot of variables, and sometimes identifying that limitation is part of the answer.

What I can guarantee is that I will go to the ends of the digital world and back to research, troubleshoot, and source the best answers and solutions I can for my clients.

The goal is for you to leave the session with a much clearer understanding of the problem, the options available to you, and the best path forward.
