  • About Gee Labs

Stephanie Gee Labs is the name I use for my independent work—designed to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to teams that need operations-minded execution with a product-first lens. While there isn’t a verifiable public company profile available in the provided sources, I approach every engagement the same way: by translating messy realities into measurable workflows, crisp communication, and decisions teams can trust. 🧩

    S. Gee Labs is a copywriting and visual branding studio for medical practices, medtech startups, and wellness brands who need content that sounds credible instead of like it was written by someone who's never set foot in a clinic. No giant pharma budgets required, no marketing agency jargon. Just copy and branding built by someone who actually knows the difference between content that builds trust and content that gets skimmed and ignored.

Services are broken into four tiers:

    • The Intake — figuring out what you actually need

    • The Treatment Plan — the strategy and content roadmap

    • The Rx — the deliverables, copy and design, built and ready to use

    • The Lab Consult — a paid discovery call if you want expert eyes on it before committing to anything bigger

  • About me

I'm Steph Gee, RN with 20+ years in the field, most of it spent in outpatient infusion and vascular access. I've started more IVs and placed more PICC lines than I can count, and somewhere along the way I picked up a second skill: writing copy and building visual branding that doesn't sound and look like it came from a committee that's never met a patient.

That clinical background is the whole point. I know what it's like to watch a patient actually read (or toss) a piece of education material, or judge a practice's website before they've even walked in the door. That's the perspective medical practices, medtech startups, and wellness brands are paying for, real time in the room, not just marketing theory.
