  • Technology should extend imagination — not replace it.

Ramzi Khoursheed is a design consultant, builder, and creative technologist with over three decades of experience transforming complex ideas into elegant, functional realities.

He began his career in construction and construction management, earning his Class A Contractor’s License in 1988. He led commercial, residential, and public projects across Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C., earning a reputation for precision, integrity, and systems thinking.

From 1997 to 2020, Ramzi expanded his impact across the Middle East, serving as Architect of Record at TEST – Technical Studies Bureau, an architecture and engineering firm with an unlimited license in the UAE. He directed high-profile developments in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, including luxury resorts, villa compounds, and complex urban builds in collaboration with international firms such as WSP, SRSS, AEDAS, and Meinhardt.

As technology evolved, so did Ramzi’s craft. Today, he brings the same rigor and creativity to the digital realm — blending AI, automation, and storytelling to build human-centered solutions.
