This private, 45-minute session is a complete reset for your body, mind, and spirit; held in a calm, nurturing space created entirely for you.

You will be welcomed with a warm cup of herbal tea, giving you a moment to slow down and arrive. A gentle grounding meditation then guides you into a state of deep stillness, releasing the mental noise of the day and bringing you fully into the present moment.

From there, you are immersed in the healing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls and frequency tuning forks. These ancient tools work together to release tension stored in the body, calm the nervous system, and restore a natural sense of balance and inner quiet that is difficult to reach any other way.

You do not need any experience. You do not need to do anything. You simply breathe, receive, and allow the healing to find you.

A small, intimate healing circle for 5 women — a space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
We’ll flow through gentle breathwork, sound healing using Tibetan bowls, sip carefully concocted herbal infusions, and close with an intuitive card draw for each participant. There’ll also be time for Q&A and soulful sharing.

By the end, you’ll feel grounded, clear, and calm — with simple tools to ease anxiety and a deeper understanding of how spirituality and energy healing really work. The idea is to feel lighter, happier, and more centered by the end of the session.
