New Beginnings at Burslem is a nurturing, high-quality early years setting in Stoke-on-Trent, delivering EYFS-aligned childcare designed to help children feel safe, confident, and curious. <h3>About me</h3>Hello, I’m Des, Nursery Manager at New Beginnings At Penkhull.I am passionate about creating a nurturing, inspiring, high-quality environment where children feel safe, valued, confident and are supported to thrive in their early years journey.With 5 years of experience in early childhood education, I take pride in leading a dedicated team that delivers exceptional care and meaningful learning experiences. Building strong, trusting relationships with families is at the heart of my role, ensuring every child is supported both within the nursery and at home.I am particularly passionate about child-led learning, emotional wellbeing, outdoor learning, SEND support, and I believe these are key to helping children develop into confident, capable learners.Outside of the nursery, I enjoy travelling, reading, family time, which bring balance and inspiration to my work.It is a privilege to support children at such an important stage of their development, and I look forward to welcoming you and your family to New Beginnings At Penkhull.
