  • Megan Holt

Operations Manager, Burlington Home Services Group

Working with NEFC helped me turn a vague retirement goal into a step-by-step plan. The team explained trade-offs around taxes, inflation, and market swings in a way I could actually act on. I left each meeting feeling informed, not overwhelmed, and I’d recommend them to anyone who wants clear guidance.

  • About me

I’m Chanthy Khuon, a Financial Professional with New England Financial Center (NEFC) and a Registered Social Security Analyst (RSSA®) based in Burlington, Massachusetts. My work is focused on helping individuals and families make smart, informed decisions about retirement—especially when the choices feel complex or the stakes feel high. I care deeply about financial literacy because I’ve seen how clarity and education can transform anxiety into action. As an RSSA®, I place a strong emphasis on Social Security analysis and how it fits into a broader plan. I help clients think through the risks that can quietly derail outcomes—taxes, inflation, potential loss of benefits, market risk, and longevity—and then translate those risks into a plan that feels practical and adaptable. I’m also a full-time Finance Director at a nonprofit, which sharpens the way I approach numbers, accountability, and decision-making: the goal is always to maximize opportunity while staying grounded in real constraints.I don’t believe good planning is about jargon or one-size-fits-all rules. I focus on helping you understand your options, compare trade-offs, and make choices you can stick with—because confidence comes from knowing why a strategy fits, not just being told what to do. And when I’m not working, you’ll probably find me enjoying Burlington’s local spots and taking a breather outdoors to reset between busy weeks.
