Hello, I’m John Davidson, the Principal of St. Peter Claver Catholic School in Tampa, Florida. I am a Tampa Native and alumni of Tampa Catholic High School, University of South Florida, and Nova Southeastern University. Over a year ago, I stepped into this leadership role with a vision to transform education within a historic private K-8 institution. My journey has been very rewarding as we navigate the transition into a Catholic microschool, while staying true to the mission of providing quality education to the community.

Under my leadership, we’ve continued our legacy of serving a diverse student body while adapting innovative models to enhance our educational framework.

Prior to this role, I’ve been deeply involved in advancing access to quality education within the community, fostering collaborations, and remaining hands-on in implementing effective solutions for operational sustainability.

I hold immense pride in the staff and families who support our vision and help create impactful moments daily.
