Hi, I’m Melissa Mashburn—CEO and Chief Encouragement Officer of the Ministry Chick Network, where I champion women of faith to lead with clarity, confidence, and courage.

For over 25 years, I’ve passionately served the local church in roles spanning from small congregations to mega-churches with 40,000+ attendees. Along the way, I’ve developed expertise in weekend experiences, communications, women’s ministry, and leadership development.

As an author, speaker, and certified life breakthrough coach, I’ve had the privilege of coaching and guiding countless women in ministry leadership roles. My book, Ministry Chick: Find Your Community, Own Your Leadership, Take Your Step, reflects both my heart and the movement God is building through this work—reminding women that they don’t have to lead alone.

I’m also the co-founder of the Mashburns Consulting Group and am currently pursuing my seminary education at Pillar Seminary, where I’m blending theological depth with practical leadership.

The Ministry Chick Network is a global movement dedicated to equipping women in ministry with the clarity, confidence, and courage to lead boldly. As a leadership development and coaching community, MCN provides practical resources, mentorship, and connection so women never have to lead alone.

Through memberships, coaching circles, and courses, MCN helps women embrace their unique calling, overcome barriers, and step into the fullness of their God-given leadership.

Rooted in biblical truth and real-world ministry experience, the network exists to strengthen and support women who are serving in churches, nonprofits, and ministries across the globe.
