<h2>Meet Liz Elias</h2>Hi, I'm Liz Elias, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and the founder of Empowered Behavior Collective. As a neurodivergent individual, I am deeply passionate about empowering others to live their best lives. With a strong educational background, including a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Oakland University, I have dedicated my career to providing evidence-based behavioral support.Throughout my eight-year journey in this field, I specialize in assisting individuals with ADHD, autism, anxiety, and other developmental challenges. Leveraging ACT principles, I help my clients build resilience and navigate difficult emotions effectively.In addition to my clinical work, I proudly serve as the President of the Board of Directors for the ARC of Mid-Michigan and contract with local counties to support adults in group residential settings. My work is all about creating inclusive and impactful solutions for those I serve.
