<ul class="prose-ul list-disc ml-8"><li value="1">Our new patient consultation is a simple virtual visit to help you get a feel for our practice and decide if we’re the right fit for your family.</li></ul> During the visit, we’ll:<ul class="prose-ul list-disc ml-8"><li value="1">Get to know you and what matters most to your family</li><li value="2">Talk through your child’s health history—or what to expect if you’re expecting</li><li value="3">Explain how our practice works, including visits, communication, and access</li><li value="4">Answer your questions about sleep, feeding, development, vaccines, and anything else on your mind</li><li value="5">Help you understand what the first year (and beyond) can look like with us as your trusted guide</li></ul> Our goal is to give you the clarity you need to make a confident decision about your child’s care.

This visit is a good fit for expecting parents, families new to the area, or anyone thinking about joining our practice.</li></ul> When should I schedule this? Most expecting parents schedule during the third trimester, but you’re welcome to book anytime that works for you. How long is the visit? Visits are about 15 minutes—short and focused, but with enough time to connect and answer your main questions. Do I need to prepare anything? No preparation needed. You’re welcome to come with questions, or just show up and we’ll guide the conversation. Do you accept insurance? We accept most insurance plans. If you have specific questions about coverage or billing, our team is happy to help. Is this visit in person or virtual? This is a virtual visit, so you can join from wherever is easiest for you. What happens after the consultation? If it feels like a good fit, we’ll walk you through the next steps to join the practice and get your child scheduled.

We love Kaylee! [She] has been an excellent fit for our family. She is very attentive, personable, and knowledgeable. I especially appreciate that she asks about our daughter even when she isn’t at the appointment, and she always provides great feedback regarding any questions or concerns we have about our son or daughters development. Additionally, as a first time mom and now second time mom to a newborn, I love that the spruce app is easily accessible and I receive a response in a timely manner.

As a mom who had my son early I feel like every little thing that I notice I freak out but Dr. Neumann never makes me feel uncomfortable for asking or never turns my questions down. I love having her as my son’s doctor I don’t think there is anything you could do better as I love everything already !

It was our first time seeing Kaylee and she was wonderful. My daughter is still very afraid of strangers and amongst all the crying Kaylee managed well. We appreciated all the information she shared with us and her concern for any questions we had. Gail took care of the vaccines and was fast and efficient. We love her! Aloha! I’m Kaylee Neumann, and I’m so happy and humbled to have joined the Keānuenue Pediatrics ‘Ohana as a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Being born and raised in Kāne’ohe, it means so much to me to care for our keiki and support local families right here at home 🌺. I’ve worked in pediatrics for over 7 years, and I’m so grateful to keep growing in this field.&nbsp; When I’m not at work, you can usually find me baking something sweet 🧁, shopping 🛍️, or fishing/diving 🎣in Kāne’ohe Bay.
