My career started in law enforcement, conducting complex investigations with one of Canada’s largest metropolitan police services. That chapter instilled in me a deep respect for facts, clear thinking, and common-sense decision-making principles I still use every day.
For the past 12+ years as a licensed REALTOR®, I’ve specialized in investment, development, and commercial real estate, guiding clients through multifamily, mixed-use, and large-scale projects. But my work goes far beyond transactions.
As an educator, consultant, and speaker, I help people and organizations cut through distractions and hype, teaching them how to assess what’s real, what’s worth it, and what isn’t.
