    About ProducifyX

Two founders spent a decade scaling their own 10-office insurance agency and hiring 100+ people a year — then built recruiting that's faster, more human, and tech-enabled.

Less friction. Better candidates. Stronger outcomes.

At the time, we were struggling with attracting great candidates as well as developing an efficient system for analyzing applicants and getting to the best candidates in the shortest amount of time. They have brought nothing but value to our recruiting processes and strategy.

  • About me

    Hi, I'm Hannah Snitker 👋

I'm the Director of Business Development at ProducifyX in Jefferson City, Missouri, where I lead growth strategy, client acquisition, and partnership development across our recruiting offerings.

My day-to-day work sits at the intersection of hiring strategy and execution: I help employers pinpoint the bottlenecks slowing down their hiring, then I align the right solution to fix them—whether that's building a scalable, high-volume pipeline through TalentEngine℠ or creating warm, personalized recruiting conversations through Coffee to Connect™.

On the TalentEngine side, I focus on how to expand market reach and improve client outcomes by accelerating time-to-hire and reducing the administrative drag that recruiters face. I work closely with clients to clarify the real constraints behind "we can't find candidates," then translate those constraints into a practical, repeatable pipeline that delivers more qualified, interview-ready people.

On the Coffee to Connect side, I manage business development and onboarding for LinkedIn outreach campaigns—ensuring the messaging, targeting, and cadence match each client's hiring goals and feel human, not transactional.

What motivates me most is reducing friction in hiring. When teams have the right process and support, they stop wasting time on busywork and start spending energy where it matters: real conversations, better evaluation, and confident decisions. And when I'm not thinking about recruiting strategy in Jefferson City, I'm usually enjoying a relaxed local evening—good coffee, a walk, and a little time outdoors.
