Amrit Kaur is an award-winning STEM curriculum creator. She is the founder of Everything Math. We are located In Brentwood, NW Calgary, and cater to students from Jnr. High, through High School, until College and University. At Everything Math, we provide personalized instruction in small-group settings. Without technology, our students use old-fashioned paper and pencil. With clear communication, motivational strategies, and creativity, along with our STEM focus, our students develop a deep understanding of the subject, with long-term retention and success.

Hi, I’m Amrit Kaur, a passionate educator specializing in STEM and mathematics. I bring a strong academic background with an Honours degree in Education from Calcutta University in India. Over the past five years, I’ve had the privilege of teaching over 700 students across the world, online with my award-winning curriculum. My teaching philosophy is centered on motivation, communication, and patience, making math accessible and enjoyable for every learner. Beyond numbers, I enjoy integrating art and spirituality into my lessons, sparking creativity and a deeper understanding. My journey in education extends to working with students with dyslexia on a case to case basis, honing personalized intervention programs and speech arts curriculum development. 🌟 However, I now believe that technology is not the way to excel in math, and I teach the old-fashioned way - personalized, face to face teaching. My classes use no technology tools during class time. Using notebooks and pencils is encouraged. When I’m not teaching, you can find me exploring the beauty of Calgary and surrounds, enjoying art galleries or diving into a good book. Calgary keeps my heart alive and my spirit inspired!

A double master's in chemical and mechanical Engg., from Concordia University, followed by a PhD in math. I am passionate about teaching and confident in my ability to make math easy to understand. I use our award-winning template for STEM as the foundation for all my teaching.
