With over 25 years of experience in healthcare, I am the Founder and CEO of CAUHEC, where we’re addressing one of the most critical issues in healthcare today—workforce development. My journey started with a Bachelor’s degree from Clemson University, followed by a Master’s in Business and Nursing from the University of Phoenix, and culminated with a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Fresno State 🎓.Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of managing healthcare budgets exceeding $475 million and scaling operations across multiple sectors.
