We're skincare specialists, not doctors. If anything you tell us needs a dermatologist, we'll say so.
A little preparation makes the call more useful. Please have these ready, and send the photos to us on WhatsApp beforehand if you can.
Two or three photos of your bare skin, in daylight by a window: one straight on and one of each side. If you took photos while trying your samples, send those too.
Photos of the products you use now, front and back, so we can see the ingredient lists. Else bring the product along during the call.
A note of anything that's changed recently, such as a new product, stress, sleep, travel or hormones.
What you've tried before that didn't work, and roughly how long you gave it.
What you'd like your skin to feel like in three months. One sentence is plenty.
