<div>I’m Mrs Sharon Furber, and I serve as the Manager at New Beginnings at Burslem in Stoke-on-Trent (Moorland Road, ST6 1EB). In my role, I focus on making sure our nursery delivers the kind of care families can truly rely on—safe, consistent, and rooted in the EYFS. I work closely with our team to maintain a warm, welcoming environment where children feel secure enough to be curious, brave, and fully themselves.Because our setting provides full day care, I’m especially mindful of how important routine, communication, and trust are for parents and carers. Day-to-day, that means supporting play-based and child-led learning, strengthening how we partner with families, and ensuring our indoor and outdoor experiences help children build independence. I also champion enrichment opportunities—like local visits that broaden children’s experiences—so learning isn’t just something that happens in a room, but something children can see, touch, and connect to the world around them.When I’m not in the nursery, you’ll usually find me enjoying Stoke-on-Trent’s local parks and community spots—there’s nothing like a good stroll around Burslem to reset after a busy day.</div>
