I'm Michael Anderson the Founder and Managing Director of Abstract HR since 2/25/2016. We're a globally certified HR consulting firm headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
My motivation is the satisfaction of watching an organization go from HR chaos to HR clarity — seeing turnover drop, managers step up, and a business finally hit its stride. When a client tells me, “You bettered our business 100%,” that’s why I do this.
I’m certified MSHRM, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, and GPHR, and I’ve taught HR certification courses at local universities. We help companies with executive recruitment, training, and practical HR consulting that solves people problems efficiently and economically.
