    Hello! I'm Armand Kurath 🚀


    I am a Co-Founder and Compliance & Regulatory Specialist at Gecko Compliance AG, a premier Swiss outsourcing firm dedicated to the crypto and financial sectors. My mission is simple: to bridge the gap between complex legal frameworks and practical, technical implementation.


    What I Do

    With a Master of Law from the University of Basel (magna cum laude) and a deep background in project management, I don't just "advise"—I build. My role is dynamic and empowering, focusing on:

    • Crafting Robust Frameworks: Designing compliance structures that actually work in the real world.
    • SRO & AML Expertise: Guiding firms through the intricacies of SRO affiliation and Anti-Money Laundering procedures.
